Persian Garden is the first wallpaper which Lisa Fine has created in collaboration with San Patrignano Casa d’Arte.
Persian Garden was inspired by the botanicals from the bedroom of Swedish botanist Carl Linneaus. The trees are interpretations of Persian botanicals found in archives.
What makes this collaboration unique and impactful is the involvement of San Patrignano, the world's largest rehabilitation community providing free recovery programs. Within this community, the San Patrignano Casa D’Arte workshop serves as the space where individuals undergoing rehabilitation contribute to crafting the Persian Garden wallpaper. This involvement not only showcases the artistry and craftsmanship of these individuals but also highlights the healing power of craftsmanship. The Persian Garden wallpaper is not just a beautiful design but also a symbol of empowerment, rehabilitation, and the transformative impact of artistry and craft on individuals seeking a fresh start in life.
